Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle Flow classes are great for beginners, people with chronic pain, and for those looking to slow down their day and move mindfully. You will be guided through postures that encourage you to move in a comfortable way, moving with breath to relieve tension and reduce stress. This practice can also help to build strength, increase mobility & flexibility, and improve sleep. 

Pricing:

This is a 45 minute long group class and the price per class is $10.00  

Tuesdays at 4 pm,  & Fridays at 9 am - via the Practice Better patient portal

Chair Yoga

Similar to our Gentle Flow class, chair yoga practices poses with a chair. The chair is used for seated postures and can be used as a stability tool for standing and balancing postures. This class involves deep relaxation through gentle stretches, breathwork, and meditation without requiring you to get up and down off the floor. You will experience all the same benefits of gentle yoga, including improved balance, mobility, and sleep.

This is a 45 minute long group class and the price per class is $10.00

Mondays at 9 am via the Practice Better patient portal

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga uses fewer poses than traditional yoga, and each pose is held for five to seven minutes. This class will help you reduce stress, improve sleep, boost your immune system, improve your mood, release muscle tension, and increase flexibility. It is a low intensity exercise that is perfect to do before bedtime. 

Pricing:

This class is offered on an as-needed basis. Registering for the class simply lets us know you are interested. We will announce a schedule once we have a full roster.
