Transform Your Lifestyle Series

Transform Your Lifestyle is a 10-week program led by Dr. Tammy Ouellette and Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Kaylea Philobos. Combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), health coaching, and evidence-based behavior change strategies, the program helps participants build practical, sustainable habits that support weight management, chronic disease prevention, and overall well-being.

Through weekly group sessions, participants learn realistic tools to improve nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management, mindful eating, and daily routines. The program also incorporates goal setting, accountability, and strategies for overcoming barriers to change, with an optional nutrition education component exploring insulin, blood sugar regulation, and approaches to nutrition that may support weight management and hormone balance.

We're excited to now offer both a daytime and an evening session for the Transform Your Lifestyle Series. Choose the option below that works best for your schedule.

$30/session — self-pay or insurance accepted. Insurance copays may apply based on your plan.

This series occurs once a month and is a dedicated space to explore important topics that support your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Based on questions and concerns we commonly hear from our community, this program is designed to provide education, guidance, and practical strategies to help you feel more supported in your health journey. Each session will offer insight, practical tools, and time for Q&A to help you walk away feeling empowered and informed.
