We are excited to introduce our new Topic of the Month series – a dedicated space to explore important topics that support your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Based on questions and concerns we commonly hear from our community, these sessions are designed to provide education, guidance, and practical strategies to help you feel more supported in your health journey.
Each session will offer insight, practical tools, and time for Q&A to help you walk away feeling empowered and informed.

Join us on the third Tuesday of each month at 6pm PST for a one hour session.

Join Neuropsychologist Tammy Ouellette, Psy.D. and Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach Kaylea Philobos, M.S., NBC-HWC for a 10-week workshop series combining cognitive behavioral techniques and health coaching to support your mental health, promote longevity, and build daily habits that support weight management. With your personalized participant workbook and weekly group sessions, you’ll reflect, journal, and practice strategies to build habits aligned with your values and create sustainable lifestyle changes.
