Kaylea Philobos, MS, NBC-HWC is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching and a registered yoga instructor. She helps individuals improve their mental and physical wellbeing through sustainable lifestyle change. Within behavioral health, she supports patients with weight management, stress reduction, behavior change, emotional wellbeing, and the development of healthy habits that promote long-term wellness.

 

She also provides performance and wellness coaching for youth athletes, helping them build confidence, improve emotional regulation, manage performance anxiety, strengthen time-management skills, that support performance in school and support. 

 

Kaylea earned her bachelor's degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina, where she competed as a Division I softball player, and her master's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology from the California Baptist University. Through a blend of coaching, mindfulness, and behavior change strategies, Kaylea helps individuals build confidence, overcome barriers, and create meaningful, lasting changes that support their health, wellbeing, and performance.

 

Outside of work, Kaylea enjoys coaching softball, playing tennis and pickleball, cooking, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
