Kaylea Philobos is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental and physical wellbeing through sustainable lifestyle change. She specializes in supporting patients with weight management, behavior change, stress reduction, and building healthy habits that promote long-term health.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Experimental Psychology in 2017 from the University of South Carolina, where she also played Division I softball. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology, from California Baptist University in 2020.
Kaylea has worked with diverse populations, including individuals with obesity, limited mobility, cognitive impairments, and youth populations, helping clients develop realistic goals, strengthen motivation, and improve overall quality of life. She integrates mindfulness, behavior change science, and strengths-based coaching to help patients build self-awareness, improve emotional wellbeing, and reignite confidence.
She is also a registered yoga instructor and mindfulness teacher, offering supportive strategies that enhance stress management and nervous system regulation. Her compassionate, client-centered approach focuses on accountability, empowerment, and helping patients create meaningful lifestyle changes that support both mental and physical wellbeing.
Outside of the office, Kaylea enjoys playing tennis or pickleball, coaching softball, cooking, exploring the outdoors and traveling.
