Grief Workshop

Even subtle losses in life can trigger a sense of grief and it can be hard to move on with life after any loss.  For real healing, it is necessary to face your grief and actively deal with it. Whatever the cause, know there are healthy ways to deal with the pain and eventually come to terms with your loss.  Learn that it is possible to transform grief into something rich and fulfilling and find meaning again.

Join Dr. Darlene Valdez Olguin and Dr. Tammy Ouellette as they explore the stages of grief, the many coping methods people use, what you can expect from the grief process, and post-experience growth.
