Health and behavior interventions aim at building healthy lifestyle habits with an increased sense of satisfaction, Together, we will focus on various aspects of your physical and mental health to complement your strengths, increase self-effectiveness, and develop new coping habits for long-term management and goal attainment.  

Services offered range from private sessions, group classes, and health and behavior assessments. Kaylea will schedule a free 15-minute discovery call to learn more about your goals and give you the chance to discuss the best services for your needs. Typically, you will have the choice to work with Kaylea for 6 or 12 sessions, establishing new habits and tracking your progress. You will be able to begin your services within two weeks of the initial call, after receiving authorization from your insurance (if needed).
