Kaylea Philobos, M.S.
                 Health Promotion and Wellness Director

Kaylea Snaer is our Health Promotion and Wellness director who has experience collaborating with allied health professionals focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and health promotion. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Experimental Psychology in 2017 from the University of South Carolina, where she also played Division I softball. Next, she completed her master’s degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology while at California Baptist University in 2020.  

Kaylea conducted research in obesity, exercise tolerance, and cardiac rehab. She has a strong background in public health and has worked with many populations including those with limited mobility, struggling with obesity, suffering from cognitive impairment, and at-risk youth populations.

Kaylea is driven by her desire to serve others, assisting them in setting realistic goals,  achieving  personal wellness,  and implementing positive health habits.  Kaylea is a registered yoga instructor, meditation, and mindfulness teacher. The services she offers range from private sessions, group classes, and health and behavior assessments.  

To further support her clients, Kaylea is working towards earning her Health and Wellness Coaching certification for increased partnership with patients.  Together we can identify healthy diet, exercise, and lifestyle goals. We will brainstorm unique, individualized self-management strategies, to fuel and build internal motivation.  

Kaylea’s hobbies include: coaching softball, playing tennis, cooking, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
